A mortgage lender is seeking a Processor in the greater Denver, Colorado area. 

Denver Area Processor Job Opening 

• Maintain and process loan files. 
• Procure various credit related verifications and items. 
• Work with third party vendors to obtain documentation needed for loan approval. 
• Analyze and interpret financial data. 
• Must have excellent customer service skills to maintain customer relationships. 

Processor (Denver Area) Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred. 
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. 
• Familiarity with Conventional and Government loans. 
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. 
• Must be able to work in a paperless environment.
