Pittsburgh General Manager Job Opening 

• Oversee daily business operations. 
• Perform scheduling duties as they pertain to workload management, appointments and any other related task when needed. 
• Responsible for creating and managing a budget for the facility. 
• Ability to manage, train, and mentor service technicians in order to create an efficient team. 
• Oversee key hiring and talent development programs so they align with the overall strategy of the company. 

General Manager (Pittsburgh Area) Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position 
• At least 3 years of previous general management experience is required 
• Extensive knowledge within the HVAC industry is required 
• Previous experience managing service technicians 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
